September 12, 2011 – Valador awarded Task Order to Provide PMO Support to USDA FSIS
Herndon, VA– September 12, 2011 — Valador Inc., announced today that it has been awarded a contract from the US Department of Agriculture Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) to provide Project Management Support Services to FSIS Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO).
This contract will allow the FSIS to meet their on-going need for Project Management Support including direct support to the maturation of the PMO, support to existing and new projects, and the implementation of a PMO Dashboard. The FSIS OCIO supports the mission of the agency in a number of ways, including data analysis, asset management, database development and execution, research and development, architecture analysis, policy development, security operations, software development, analysis and application of technologies, accreditation and certification, disaster and contingency planning, maintenance support, software and connectivity for telecommunications systems and the processes and activities that support them, services related to installation and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) Servers, telecommunication and networking devices, and Project Management.
