March 20, 2013 – Thomas C. Bove Joins Valador as Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Thomas C. Bove joined Valador in March 2013 with over 15 years of financial management and business operations leadership experience in commercial (public and private), non-profit and federal environments. He currently oversees the Finance and Human Resource departments.
Prior to joining Valador, Mr. Bove was Finance Manager for the Transportation and Infrastructure accounts at Serco-North America where he provided financial leadership and strategic interpretation for the division. Prior to Serco-North America, Mr. Bove spent over four years providing strategic analysis and interpretation of consolidated financial reports to his corporate officers, partners and group principals at Booz Allen Hamilton.
Early in his career, Mr. Bove worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at Allegacy Federal Credit Union and as a Policy Analyst: Office of Federal Financial Management at OFFM, Executive Office of the President for his MBA Internships. Before his MBA Internships, Mr. Bove was the Director of Finance & Strategic Development for Tech-Turf, Inc.
Mr. Bove received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Religion and Master of Business Administration with a Finance concentration from Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, NC.
