Mr. Robert Noteboom joined Valador in October 2006 with over 22 years of Engineering and Management experience in the Aerospace and Information Technology industries. He currently leads Valador’s programs that provide NASA with modeling & simulation, engineering studies & analysis, program and project management consulting, and logistical support.
Prior to joining Valador, Mr. Noteboom was Vice-President of Management Services for the L-3 Communications Enterprise IT Solutions Division where he was responsible for Systems Engineering, Software Development & Test, Independent Verification & Validation, and Management Consulting programs at NASA and other Federal agencies. Previously, he served as the company’s Chief Technology Officer and Director of E-Business Development where he led Information Technology research and development initiatives. Mr. Noteboom also gained extensive hands-on engineering aerospace experience through involvement in modeling and simulation for the Space Shuttle Program at NASA JSC and as the Vice President of Engineering for a small satellite launch vehicle company that he co-founded.
Mr. Noteboom received his Bachelors Degree in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Purdue University and has Masters Degree in Physical Sciences from the University of Houston – Clear Lake. He has also received a Graduate Certificate in Computer Security and Information Assurance from George Washington University.
