Herndon, VA– September 12, 2011 -- Valador Inc., announced today that it has been awarded a contract from the US Department of Agriculture Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) to provide Project Management Support Services to FSIS Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO).

This contract will allow the FSIS to meet their on-going need for Project Management Support including direct support to the maturation of the PMO, support to existing and new projects, and the implementation of a PMO Dashboard. Herndon, VA– August 29, 2011 -- Valador, teamed with Deloitte Consulting was awarded a new Contract from the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Office of information Technology (OI&T) to provide high-level Decision Support Services to help OI&T reach its goals including ensuring IT programs and projects are designed and executed to satisfy current and future business needs of VA. Valador will be providing the majority of work on this contract including the Studies and Analyses and the Modeling and Simulation. This is a 5 year contract with a value of approximately $18M.

The Office of Architecture, Strategy, and Design (ASD) on behalf of VA Assistant Secretary of Information Technology/Chief Information Officer (CIO), provides a framework of policies, guidance, and governance to ensure IT programs and projects are designed and executed to satisfy current and future business needs of VA. This Task Order is for one base year plus four one-year options. For this task, Valador will be providing the AST qualitative and quantitative assessments of public risks and potential financial losses associated with commercial space flight activities. Support requests issued under this order will cover:

• Evaluation of launch and reentry risks to the public, including sensitivity analysis.

Valador to Present Game Technology White Paper at the 2010 Spring Simulation Interoperability Workshop

Orlando, FL - March 16, 2010 --Valador has been chosen by the Simulation Interoperability Standards Organization (SISO) to present Zombies and LIDAR a white paper submitted for the 2010 Spring Simulation Interoperability Workshop (SIW).

Zombies and LIDAR: Interoperable High-Fidelity Modeling for Real-Time Use discusses the technologies used to create two interactive synthetic environments within a highly constrained development schedule. Valador, Inc. has worked previously with NASA, the Department of Defense, and the Department of Veterans Affairs to produce synthetic environments to provide situational awareness and increase community collaboration. Through the continued use of game development software to display three-dimensional data, Valador has learned to quickly produce complex synthetic environments for real-time use.
