John Bacak joined Valador in the fall of 2003 and brings over twenty years of progressive, experience in all facets of financial management, accounting and contracts operations. Mr. Bacak has a proven track record of building and leading accounting and financial organizations that deliver the highest level of excellence in financial reporting.
Prior to joining the company, Mr. Bacak served in a number of key management positions in private industry to include such positions as, Director, Finance & Contracts of Optimus Corporation. He also worked for Oracle Corporation, Litton/PRC and Honeywell Federal Systems, Inc. where he advanced through positions of increasing experience in finance, accounting, contract management, pricing, operations and cash management.
Mr. Bacak is a member of the Association of Corporate Growth. Mr. Bacak holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from James Madison University in Virginia.
