Project Managers
We are seeking full time Project Managers VA to support various client projects. The Project Managers will plan, organize, direct and control multiple projects, and their resources and serve as the point of contact with Government COTRs and or customer personnel to ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled, quality standards met and expectations of performance are achieved. Positions are located in Herndon, VA.
Position Responsibilities:
- Successful experience with task order processing, deliverable processing, negotiations and business development
- Primary point of contact with clients regarding contract activities
- Management of project lifecycle from project definition/scope through implementation
- Effective interaction with all levels within the organization to ensure project and client objectives are met
- Schedule and lead requirements meetings<
- Ensure project status is communicated to all participants on a regular basis
Position requirements:
- 8 + years prior experience leading, managing information technology projects and directly interfacing with customers
- Previous experience providing technical project management with DoD, USDA, DHS, NASA or government agencies
- BS in CS, Engineering or related field required. PMP, advanced degree highly preferred.
- Experience with Agile development and Scrum product ownership desired
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, team building and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Products to include MS Project

Mid- Sr. Software Developer
The incumbent will be a member of the Software Development team using spiral development and object-oriented framework methodologies to build 3D immersive collaboration environments, custom applications, and high-volume public-facing web sites.
Position Responsibilities:
- 5+ years of experience in software development
- Experienced with Microsoft SQL & My SQL databases
- Experience with full lifecycle web development in ASP.NET, C# and Microsoft SQL Server
- Experience with web interface development in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX
- Background in object oriented design
Position requirements:
- Experience with C++ application development and/or game engine technology desired
- Experience with web development in PHP and MySQL
- Knowledge of agile development practices and ability to work in a CMMI maturity level 3 environment preferred

IT Technician
A full time position located at our corporate office in Herndon, VA. The IT Technician will provide support and backup of the IT Manager. The candidate will provide general IT support to level 1 end-user support. Manage users, printers and permissions on corporate network. Build and deploy computers for end-users. Perform and manage network back up. Share on-call duties with the IT Director and other IT-related duties as assigned.
Work experience required:
- Minimum 1 year in a technology environment (completed internships ok)
- Experience interacting with end-users or customers
- Demonstrated experience juggling multiple tasks at once
- Experienced working in a team environment
Technical Skills and Education Required:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. Required, BA/BS degree preferred
- Applicable Military/Vocational/College Technical Training Required
- Entry Level IT Certification Desired (A+,Network+,Security+,MCP,MCTS,CCNA)
- Exposure to Unix/Linux / Windows Server System / Networking Equipment (Firewalls, Switches, Routers)
- Entry-level pc troubleshooting and repair skills
- US Citizenship required
