Description of the Valador’s quality assurance program:

Valador has made internal investment to ensure our products meet the highest level of excellence with ongoing Quality Assurance activities to ensure optimal resource expenditures across the product life-cycle. Valador has implemented a suite of processes to ensure this and is appraised at CMMI Maturity Level 3 and ISO 20000 compliant. We have aligned our internal processes to the Software Engineering Institute’s CMMI to take advantage of industry best practices and ensure we have the proper mechanisms in place to continually improve upon our past experience. These processes have evolved over time and ensure adequate planning, resource management, risk management, requirements management, and all work associated with product engineering is performed to the highest standard while maintaining transparent communication with all project stakeholders. Additionally, we perform internal Product and Process Quality Assurance audits periodically to make sure projects are compliant and that we are learning from other projects across the company. Our ISO 20000 standard certification ensures that the IT resources required to perform our work during the project lifecycle are also at the highest standard through endeavors to continually benchmark our IT service management, improve services, and to always meet our user’s requirements.
