Lockheed Martin Space Operations awards Valador a subcontract for continued support of commercialization for NASA’s Consolidated Space Operations Contract.
Herndon, VA, September, 2001 -- Lockheed Martin Space Operations Company awarded Valador a subcontract to support the Office of Commercialization and Sales. Dr. Daniel Heimerdinger, Valador co-founder and Executive Vice President and formerly the CSOC Director of Commercialization and Sales, has been retained to help transition activities started under his leadership. Valador will focus on supporting the Ground Network Commercialization activities and the transition of its ground stations to commercial service providers. Valador will also continue to support Space Network commercialization and opportunities with NASA ’s Wide Area Network.
