- Telemetry, tracking, and commanding (TT &C) services

- Assessments of unit cost of services and operational effectiveness
- Address the potential for Air Force utilization of other interoperable assets including civil and commercial remote tracking stations, WANS, and other assets.
Provide Support for the Satellite Control Network Contract SCNC) Office of Network Interoperability
Additional Support to the SCNC Chief Architect
- Development of the AFSCN Roadmap
- Provide expertise on NASA space operations and communications infrastructure plans
